After breakfast at the Rio Civic Center, sign in and select the section of Dixie Highway in Rio of your choice. While walking that section, pick up debris on both sides of the sidewalk. Gloves and grabber tools are provided. This event qualifies for community service hours and is sponsored by the Rio Civic Club and Keep Martin Beautiful.
