Have you been wanting to try out acupuncture for a lower cost? Introducing Community Acupuncture at Spirit Well! Once a month, Hillary will be offering a Saturday Community Acupuncture session for people with mild to moderate health issues, or anyone who simply wants a wellness boost. Up to 6 people will be situated in our main room on yoga mats with bolsters (zero gravity chairs upon request).

Hillary will consult briefly with each person and then insert needles, which will be in place for 45 minutes to an hour. The room will be quiet, dimmed and incredibly relaxing–perfect for anyone wishing for health and balance.
